L1850 FORECLOSURE NOTICE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness described in and secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kenneth & Susan Jones dated the 26th day of May, 2017, and recorded in Mortgage Volume 2514, Page 382 of the records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama; Notice is hereby given that the undersigned as holder of said mortgage will under power of sale contained in said mortgage, sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, during legal hours of sale on th 19th day of November, 2020, at the front door entrance of the Courthouse of Lee County, Alabama, 215 S. 9th Street, Opelika, AL 36801, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM the following described real property in the County of Lee, State of Alabama, being the same property described in the above referred to Mortgage: Lot No. 1, Block "G", Addition No. 1 to SESSIONS Subdivision, a subdivision located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 1 and in the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, all in Township 17 North Range 29 East, Lee County, Alabama, as shown on a plat thereof recorded on the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama in Plat Book 6, Page 140. Subject to easements and restrictions of record. Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the said indebtedness and the expenses incident to this sale, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
