L005 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Terrell O. Holcey, a single man, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Platinum Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns , on September 6, 2016, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, on September 20, 2016 at Book Mortgages 4249, at Page 414. Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Lee County Courthouse, in Opelika, Alabama, on April 20, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit: All that lot, tract or parcel of land located in Section 30, Township 18 North, Range 30 East, Smiths Station, Lee County, Alabama, known and designated as LOT 1A, according to a map or plat entitled "Plat of Property Division of Lots 1 & 2, SMITHS CROSSING, PHASE ONE" recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama in Plat Book 38, Page 92, to which reference is hereby made for a full and complete description thereof. More commonly known as: 1182 Lee Road 243, a/k/a 1182 Railroad Avenue, Smiths Station, AL 36877 This Property will be sold on as "as is, where is" basis, without warranty or recourse, expressed or implied as to title, use and/or enjoyment and will be sold subject to the right of redemption of all parties entitled thereto.
