L3138 NOTICE OF SALE Comes now Laurel Manor, Inc. d/b/a Buckeye Acres, and gives notice of its intent to sell the following described property, on site, as is where is, with all faults, to satisfy the outstanding debt due from Steven W. Luke, Jr. and Martha L. George-Luke to Buckeye Acres, such property to be sold is one (1) 1995 Liberty Homes (16x80) Serial Number 10L24256. The purpose of the sale is to dispose of an abandoned mobile home as described herein, and proper inquiry having been made, Buckeye Acres asserts there have been no filed or disclosed liens on such mobile home other than Buckeye Acres, it being the intent and purpose to dispose of such property to the highest bidder, for cash at 2:00 p.m. on the 18th day of May, 2021 at 16524 U.S. Highway 280, Lot 221, Smiths, AL 36877. Said property will be sold subject to the following items: matters which would be disclosed by an inspection of the property; and any landlord's lien for rent, maintenance and insurance.
