Auburn University’s 2026-27 Research Communications Fellows cohort brings together 28 faculty researchers from all 12 colleges, equipping them with the skills to share their expertise and the impact of their work with broader audiences.
Nominated by their college deans, associate deans for research and college communicators, the fellows were selected to participate in the yearlong program, now in its third year. The program is a partnership between Auburn’s Office of Communications and Marketing and the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and Economic Development.
Through workshops, training and practical guidance, the Research Communications Fellows program helps faculty develop strategies for communicating their research to audiences beyond the university while building visibility for their expertise and work.
