TROY, Ala. Troy Athletics announced a series of promotions for fans of all ages ahead of a nationally televised Sun Belt Conference opener against Southern Miss. The Trojans will host the Golden Eagles on Tuesday, October 6, at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.
A special emphasis will be placed on the student section and the Troy community for the nationally televised broadcast.
"This game presents an incredible opportunity for our University and community," Director of Athletics Kyle George said. "We will be the only football game on television that night across the nation. This is our time to step up and showcase our great institution. We need all of Trojan Nation to rally together and put on an incredible display for a national audience.
"With that in mind, we're placing a strong emphasis on making this an exciting night for our student section and leaning into the Troy community. We've shown before how special Troy is when we unite together as #OneTROY – let's make it happen again on Tuesday, October 6!"
